In August, Monash Graduate Education partnered with KPMG to offer a session titled 'Megatrends and Research Training in the 21st Century.
Following on from its success, there will be a follow-up session about R&D incentives.
· How do governments encourage innovation?
· How do they incentivise investigation into new ideas and practices that will transform an organisation, industry or society?
· How do researchers and organisations access these opportunities?
As the Federal Government promotes the National Innovation and Science Agenda, and traditional sources of research funding come under pressure, this session seeks to introduce participants to a range of R&D initiatives and opportunities.
At the end of this session participants will be better placed to access funding opportunities and collaborate with industry.
This counts towards the Monash Doctoral Program, lunch is included and places are limited.
