Eight Hudson Institute of Medical Research
PhD students and researchers have been awarded Hudson Institute and Harold
Mitchell Travel Awards. The 2016 grants were announced by Hudson Director,
Professor Bryan Williams.
The travel awards are administered annually
by the Institute to assist PhD students and post-doctoral researchers to
undertake travel to present at conferences, visit laboratories, give talks at
universities, and network with researchers and peers within their field.

edge techniques. In addition Dan will visit collaborators in the renowned QB3
at UC Berkeley, California, to utilise specialist equipment and gain further
knowledge that he will also use to extend the analysis capabilities of local
proteomic facilities
Bryan will travel to Paris, France and
Sweden to give an invited presentation on his work on perinatal brain injury.
