On behalf of the Hudson ECR Committee and Hudson Institute Student Society (HISS), we invite you to participate in our inaugural PhD-ECR Mentoring Program.
The program aims to provide insights and advice in areas such as career progression, work/life balance, time management, identifying career development opportunities, and any other areas identified as important to PhD students.
The program will run from September-December 2020, with the expectation that mentors and mentees will meet at least twice during this period. Please note that given the current constraints meetings must take place virtually.
This program will be open to PhD Students that have completed their mid-candidature review milestone and all ECRs (typically <10 years post-PhD).
If you would like to participate in this program, please register your interest by completing the following brief questionnaire.
Depending on the number of registrants and their responses, the Committees will then organise an opportunity for student mentees to meet potential ECR mentors and provide nominations.
Please complete the form by 5pm, Friday, 14 August if you would like to participate in the program.
The program will be re-launched early next year, with the opportunity to continue your formal mentoring relationship or establish new mentor-mentee pairings.
