By-lining and Acknowledgement Guidelines

By-lines for publications

1. Name of Group/Centre, Hudson Institute of Medical Research, Clayton, Victoria, Australia AND 
2. Monash University, Clayton, Victoria, Australia 

Both of these affiliations must be identified either as a by-line, footnote or statement that the work being claimed is in the author's capacity as a staff member, student or affiliate.

In the acknowledgement section (at the end of a publication)

1. Support of the Victorian State Government Operational Infrastructure Scheme, and 
2. Any other granting bodies, e.g. NHMRC, ARC (include grant no.) etc. 
3. Any Monash Health Translational Precinct (MHTP) Research Platforms used for your published data. 

On line Submission Form

Please be reminded to use the online Publications Submission Form. This form must be completed and approved before any manuscript is submitted for publication. For more details see FAQs.

myResearch (PURE) 

1. You will receive notification by email when a new publication import candidate with your authorship is found by the automated Scopus search.
2. You will then need to access Pure to claim your research output in order for the Research Outputs Collection Service (ROCS) team to validate and add this to your profile in Pure.
