Professor Henry Burger attends IMS 17th World Congress

Professor Henry Burger, a past president of the International Menopause Society, was invited to attend the society’s recent 17th World Congress to present the main award, the Henry Burger Prize, in Prague, the Czech Republic.

Professor Burger is pictured here at the Congress with Professor Maryann Lumsden, from Glasgow, who is the society’s new president, and first female president.

The society will hold its next-but-one meeting in Melbourne in 2020, and the President Elect is Professor Susan Davis from Monash University.
