Ritchie Centre researchers well-represented at sleep conference

Staff from The Ritchie Centre's Infant and Child Health theme and the Melbourne Children's Sleep Centre (at Monash Children's) were very well represented at the Australasian Sleep Association's Annual Conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

The meeting was the largest yet, with the combined TRC-MCSC group presenting 14 of the 49 paediatric sleep presentations, including a plenary talk by A/ Prof Gillian Nixon.

Dr Lisa Walter received the early career travel award to attend the American Sleep Meeting in Denver in 2016, and Katharine Jamieson was awarded the best poster prize in the advanced trainee section.

Congratulations to conference chair, The Ritchie Centre's Dr Sarah Biggs, for organizing such a fantastic meeting.
